1. Who we are
These terms are between you and Marsh Labs, a company in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They cover DevOps Studio: the web app, the desktop app, the Azure DevOps extension and the MCP server.
2. Your account
You sign in with Microsoft. Admins decide who joins the workspace and which roles they have. Admins and team admins come from Azure DevOps.
3. Your content
Your code, work items and test cases stay yours. We use them only to run DevOps Studio for you, and we never use them to train AI models.
4. What DevOps Studio writes
DevOps Studio posts labeled comments and keeps its team guide page up to date. Test cases, story edits and code change only when a person accepts them. You’re responsible for what you accept.
5. Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans are billed per seat, yearly or monthly. Reviewers are free. Trials last 30 days, or 45 to 60 days for design partners, and nothing is charged during a trial. A trial can be extended once, by 7 days. AI credits reset on the 1st of each month, and extra credits stay off unless an admin allows them.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use DevOps Studio to break the law, attack other systems or get around usage limits.
7. Ending the service
If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and doesn’t renew. When a plan or trial ends, the tools pause and we keep your settings and data for 30 days, then delete them. What the tools already wrote stays in Azure DevOps.
8. Liability
DevOps Studio is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
9. Changes and contact
We email admins 30 days before a change that matters. These terms follow the laws of Ontario, Canada. Questions go to legal@devopsstudio.app.
