The short version
- We collect what we need to run DevOps Studio and to bill you.
- Code is read in a sandbox and indexed in your region.
- AI model calls aren’t stored and are never used for training.
- We don’t sell data or use advertising trackers.
This summary is here to help. The numbered sections below are the policy.
1. What this covers
This policy covers the DevOps Studio website and apps. For workspace content, we act for your company under our data processing agreement.
2. What we collect
Your name, work email and Microsoft sign-in; what your workspace connects, such as work items, code and test cases; and which tools run and how many credits they use.
If you join early access, what the form asks: your name, work email, company, team size and role. This website also counts page views, without cookies.
3. How we use it
To run the tools you turn on, to bill you, to answer support requests and to keep DevOps Studio secure. Never to train AI models.
Early access details are only used to contact you about DevOps Studio.
4. Where it’s kept
In the Azure region your workspace uses: United States (East US 2), Europe (Sweden Central) or Canada (Canada Central). Model calls run on Azure OpenAI in the US or EU data zone.
Early access details are kept in Canada, on Microsoft Azure (Canada Central).
5. How long we keep it
Drafts and results for 90 days, or less if an admin sets it. The code index until you remove the repository. The audit log for 30 days on Team and 1 year on Business.
Early access details until DevOps Studio opens and we’ve been in touch, or until you ask us to delete them.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. We follow PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25 and, for customers in the EU, the GDPR. Write to privacy@devopsstudio.app.
8. Changes
We email admins 30 days before a change that matters, and we keep past versions of this page.
